3v3 Summer Soccer '09 League
3v3 Summer Soccer '09 play begins Friday, June 5th. This 3v3 scrimmage league is open to boys and girls for age groups 01's, 00's and 99's. It's a great place to have some summer fun and play creative soccer in a 3v3 format. League spots will be limited to 8 teams and will be first come first serve.

When and Where?
Starting Friday, June 5th, 8 weeks of 3v3 small sided games will be played at Turner Fields in The Colony, TX (Google Map Link). Teams will have 1 hour of playtime with 2 games per night.
- June 5th, 6:30pm to 9pm - Turner Fields
- June 12th, 6:30pm to 9pm - Turner Fields
- June 19th, 6:30pm to 9pm - Turner Fields
- June 26th, 6:30pm to 9pm - Turner Fields
- July 10th, 6:30pm to 9pm - Turner Fields
- July 17th, 6:30pm to 9pm - Turner Fields
- July 24th, 6:30pm to 9pm - Turner Fields
- July 31st, 6:30pm to 9pm - Turner Fields
Note: The August 7th date was changed to July 24th due to the Kick It Texas Regionals date change
Cost
$250 per team to cover field cost and equipment. Payments can be made online with a credit card or checks made payable to "Nationals FC". Payments must be made by June 5th before your first game. Drop-in players must pay $5 per night.
3v3 League Format
This is a Friday night 3v3 scrimmage league
for age groups 01's, 00's and 99's. It will not be a formal league with referees and strict
rules. Rather it will be an opportunity for players to manage themselves and
largely be an organized version of street soccer. Coaches will supervise, tally
scores and only intervene when necessary. Basic rules of 3v3 used in Kick It
tournaments will apply.
- Games on Friday night as not to interfere with academy training or games
- Two 12 minute halves per game
- Two games for a total of 48 minutes of soccer
- 20 x 30 and 30 x 40 fields with regulation Kick It goals
- Fields marked with Port-a-Field lining
- Recommended roster of 4-5 players to maximize playing time
- No set players on rosters. New players may come and go but must sign a release and pay $5 fee per night.
- A point system will keep track of standings and posted on the website
Documents
Teams must fill out a waiver/release of liability and roster form before the first game. All player parent/guardians must sign the release form.
